We utilize the following carriers in order of priority: DHL → FedEx → TNT
Carrier Selection
We automatically select the most appropriate carrier based on your destination, package weight, and current service availability. Our priority is DHL Express for its reliability and extensive global network, followed by FedEx International and TNT Express. For shipments within China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, we use SF Express for faster domestic delivery.

Weight-Based Pricing
The $40 USD base rate applies only to packages weighing 0.5kg or less. For China domestic shipping via SF Express, the $20 USD rate also applies to packages up to 0.5kg. For heavier shipments, please contact our sales team for an accurate quote.
Customs & Import Duties
Shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, insurance, handling fees, tariffs, or any other charges imposed by your country's customs authority. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery time is 2-7 business days depending on your location and selected carrier. This timeframe begins once the package leaves our facility and does not include order processing time.

For in-stock items, orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 4 hours. We dispatch orders once daily at approximately 5:00 PM (China Standard Time), Monday through Saturday. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your selected carrier and destination.

Economy service with standard transit times. Upon arrival in the destination country, local postal services handle final delivery. Cost-effective option for non-urgent shipments.
