These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and INDTRD Group ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of our website, services, and products.

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using this site, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

100% Authenticity Guarantee: Every product sold through INDTRD is guaranteed to be authentic, sourced directly from authorized manufacturers or their official distributors. We maintain strict quality control and authentication processes.

Product Availability: While we maintain extensive inventory (650,000+ SKUs), product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation. Pricing errors will be corrected, and you'll have the option to proceed or cancel.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon order placement unless credit terms have been pre-approved. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and approved purchase orders. All transactions are processed securely.

Delivery Timeframes: Standard delivery is 48-72 hours for most global destinations. Emergency same-day shipping is available for critical orders. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed—delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs: Calculated based on destination, weight, and service level. Costs are displayed before order confirmation. For large or specialized shipments, custom quotes are provided.

International Shipments: You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We provide necessary documentation but cannot guarantee customs clearance times. Refused shipments due to customs issues are subject to return shipping fees.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.

Return Policy: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain items (custom orders, software, opened consumables) are non-returnable.

Return Authorization: All returns require prior authorization (RMA number). Contact our support team to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We'll arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Manufacturer Warranties: Products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. We facilitate warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty performance.

INDTRD Warranty: We warrant that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from delivery. This warranty is in addition to, not in place of, manufacturer warranties.

Technical Support: We provide reasonable technical support for products sold. However, we are not responsible for installation, integration, or application-specific issues beyond basic product functionality.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our products/services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or $1,000, whichever is less.

Exceptions: These limitations do not apply to: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Our Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of INDTRD or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Trademarks: INDTRD and our logos are trademarks of INDTRD Group. All manufacturer names, product names, and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of these marks without permission is prohibited.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Shenzhen, China, under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shenzhen, China for any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
